WHO WE ARE
Greenstrat Inc is an architectural design, planning, and consultancy firm dedicated to promoting sustainable green development in all sectors of society. We are committed to the creation of healthier, more durable, high performing, energy and resource efficient spaces that build on the environment and not simply around it.

Our years of experience in the fields of architecture, planning, and management has given us an edge in delivering on this commitment to any type of situation. We have the skills and capabilities to look at the bigger picture and address the smallest of needs. Whether the projects are on provincial development planning, 1000-hectare mixed use development, subdivisions, residences, offices, rooms, or even the design of cabinets, no work is too small nor too big for Greenstrat.
We follow the same principles – sustainability, functionality, efficiency, durability, practicality and effectivity, for every task.

From architectural design and space planning, to urban and regional planning, to building sciences, to project management, to construction services, to planning facilitation, to development planning, and even operations management of recreational parks - Greenstrat Inc. can do it all.

We are aware of the impact that any type of development has on its environment, and how the natural and physical environment impacts this development. This is why we consider various external factors in our planning work – from local policies to the geographical makeup of the area, as well as other factors that have causal effects on the planned development. We study users, the tasks, the functions, and respond to their various needs and we celebrate the uniqueness and individuality of the users, and reflect their taste and character in the design. We value functionality of each task, and we provide the design tools to accomplish them.
Our Commitment to Sustainability
There is growing concern for the issue of sustainability — whether the Earth's resources will be able to meet the demands of a growing human population while maintaining the rich diversity of the natural environment. Here at Greenstrat, we incorporate sustainable principles in the planning and design process, and we always seek to bring people closer to nature. Greenstrat Inc. is at the forefront of forming and implementing the design strategies by which communities seek to use resources efficiently, to protect and enhance quality of life. Only through the best planning practices can we hope to create healthy communities that can sustain our generation and secure a promising and sustainable future for all children. More than structures, we help create systems. We forgo band-aid solutions for more permanent ones. We design and build for the future and by doing so we help secure our present.

“ WE HONOR MOTHER NATURE AND WE INTEGRATE GREEN BUILDING PRINCIPLES AND STRATEGIES IN OUR PLANNING AND DESIGN PROCESS."

WHAT WE DO
WHAT WE DO

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND MASTERPLANNING
Here at Greenstrat Inc, we believe that planning is more than the allocation of space and circulation. For a plan or design to be effective not only in providing a physical environment but also as an investment, it should respond to present and future needs. Using the integrated planning development process, we can assist in the project development through facilitation of planning sessions for collaborative design, analysis of data, and realistically looking at opportunities and threats to be able to design accordingly. We emphasize effective interior architecture in all our designs by creating a sustainable environment that is best suited for its the purpose and most conducive to the activities done there, and promotes the healthy well-being of its users.
At Greenstrat Inc, we reconcile the physical structure of the building with the its internal structure by synergizing the two: spaces and circulation are viewed as integral cogs of a well-oiled machine. We believe that an efficiently planned space means an increase productivity, efficiency, and creativity. As part of a planning team, we have worked in the creation of the Makati, Ortigas and Mandaluyong CBD Centers.

RECREATIONAL MASTERPLAN
Greenstrat Inc also brings fun into the green build brand by designing and building outdoor adventure parks such as the Anvaya Nature and Adventure Park in Morong, Bataan, Sandbox in Alviera, Porac, Pampanga and Camp N in Nuvali, Sta. Rosa, Laguna. These recreational parks feature energy efficient attractions such as the AvatarOne Roller-Coaster Zip-line, the Power Fan Free Fall, various rope courses, and nature trails that does not use power. The goal of these recreational parks is to bring back a fun-filled outdoor experience. We have also provided recreational masterplanning services for Ayala Land Inc., Nuevo Centro Inc, Aurora Properties Inc, Aboitizland, Costa del Hamilo, Highlands Prime, Inc. Aside from this we have done conceptual recreational masterplan for ALI Capital, Vistaland, Filinvest Inc. and Provincial Government of Vigan and Negros Occidental.

GREENBUILDING

Greenstrat Inc has always taken the principles of Green Building to mind in all of our designs. We always aim for the peak energy and resource efficiency in all of our projects while maintaining the lowest adverse impact on affected ecosystems. This means that our structures are designed to be built in an environmentally responsible manner using low environmental impact materials and that they are durable and can be maintained with minimal impact on the environment. Greenstrat Inc also offer avenues by which the occupants can practice environmentalism.
This is because we believe that commitment in Green Building is a worthwhile investment for the future that also pays for itself in terms of savings in the present. A healthier green environment reduces the number of days lost to sick leaves and has proven to increase productivity across the board. Green buildings also reduce energy usage and water usage, carbon emissions, and solid wastes which, in turn, helps with the bottom line. Green building does not only create sustainable environments but it also proves to be a sustainable business practice in the long run.
